Better check the tune. You may be lean now just a guess without seeing the issue in person.

Do you have all 4 o2s plugged in?

No only front 2 ..

Thought the rear 02 sensors would have no effect from what I've heard

Correct. They just monitor the exhaust after the cats. The front ones are important

Well not worried about cel. Unless it effects performance but the car felt like shit maybe an exhaust leak not sure Jeremy will find the culprit

If the cel is on they pcm goes in to open loop.

The rear O2sensors monitor cat efficiency and nothing else. If the ses light is on it does not always cause a running issue. He may have forgot to hook up a sensor i am thinking. Just a hunch.

He told me he cleared the codes and reset car and unhooked plug wires and started the car and seemed fine.. said it felt alot more powerful than it did yesterday when the issue occurred. Next is comp 268 then a tune sure all problems will go away

I am not following you answer one bit. So are your plug wires scraping on the pavement or are they hooked up. What was the ISSUE AT HAND. Clearing codes does nothing for a drivability issue?????
