Last week, I went on a 2hr cruise with my 04 Cobra, I pulled over and idled it for about 3mins, turned off the car for about another 3 minutes. Then I started the car up and noticed a misfire for the next 2 start ups (while at idle), I then gave it some gas (rolling on 1st gear) and it started working normally for the rest of the day, cruising it and turning it on and off.. What could have caused the misfiring from normal driving? and should I be worried? any opinions or suggestions?
Thank you.

Is your tune up to date
Clean Maf , clean throttle body, good fuel filter
Check for any codes
If u can get your hands on food scanner do a cylinder balance test it will show which is missfiring

I started it up and drove it around the block yesterday and its driving and acting normally. the only time it was misfiring was on that day for 2 start ups, I gave it little gas, then it started working normally for the rest of the cruise.

Check for loose coil pack or wires... Good luck, random crap like this is a pain to trouble shoot.

If I change it to different spark plugs but same gapping, would the tune be off?

Sounds spark plug related... I'd change em.
