I just got a 66 mustang with a 302 as a project car. the engine will turn over but wont start. Any ideas of what it could be?

check your basics.. got fuel? spark? compression? timing?

The guy from Napa? I seen that car and I was about to buy it too...

He claims it's not getting spark. Check the ignition system.

Cleaned up the points. Was ready to spray some starter fluid in the carb when i found out the batteries dead
