What size belt do I need I have alt,water, and crank under drive pulleys with smog pump off.

I know theres images online but w/ belt sizes,but there there not always right. Best thing to do is use measuring tape as a belt to get your size

Not all underdrive pulley's are the same size so your shit could be different then that picture. I had this problem when I was trying to find a belt after taking off my smog pump and rebuilding the motor. Took a few tries but ultimately it was easier to just use a shoestring or something to measure it.

Use some twine and route it like your belt then measure it. It will give you something close to what you need.
