Hey bud, the same with my foxbody, bounces pretty crazy and hits hard on pot holes.mainly the front.

-The pro to this is i when i take off from a stop my front end lifts a good amount and plants the rear wheels. "No does not lift off the ground" but i think of it like a drag/track suspension lol.my pro stars up front and 3:73 out back help too

I have kyb struts all around "orange ones" and not sure what springs but they are blue and its lowered a good amount. Ill take pics later after work around 6pm

Haha do you lift out of your seat too sometimes...
Hey well take some pics and write down the part numbers of your springs and struts so we can find out whats your problem.

I believe my problem are the springs

When you hit bumps do your steering wheel swerve, if so look at the bumbsteer

Look at your tires, is there more ware more on the outside or inside, caster camber , and i think toe

Does the top of your wheel lean out while making a u turn, have someone watch for you

probably going to be struts/shocks. are all bushings, alignment and bump steer in good shape?

Worn shocks/struts is the issue.

Turns out i have adjustable koni`s all around, so i will try and adjust them stiffer and go from their.

Does anybody know what springs these are? They have no name or #

I got the same problem at about 65mph. Can this be caused by an unbalanced shaft? Or tranny mount?

you'd feel that in the shifter

Yea I guess it starts at the shifter. But vibrates the whole floor of the car.
