I've got a set of 4 18 X 9 Cobra SVT style 5 lug wheels with Cobra R caps. The wheels are a bit rough with some rash and chrome flaking. I intend to sell eventually, and wonder if I should attempt to refurb somehow prior to maximize value, or just sell as is?

What's the value of something like this?
