so car wont warm up causing it to run rich.

has a 195 t which was the stock one and car still has hard time getting to a quater on temp.
if you really sit there and hold rmps up then temp gauge will rise and cause fans to come in bt justt for a bit then it cools down

new parts

thermostat
coolant temp sensor
new coolant
i changed the thermostat twice thinking i had a defective one bt still same problem.

Have you pulled the radiator cap to see if water is flowing all the time or if the thermostat is working correctly ?
Why do you think it is rich ?

Coolant temp sensor is probably a different calibration or for a wrong car or something! Causing it to send the wrong signal to the rest of the functioning parts of the system.

Edit: have you actually checked the temp of your coolant physically? Grab the hoses infrared temp gage? Real thermometer?
