Ok i bought some front runners for my 5lug 89. My front rotors are from an 84 svo.
Yes i know i need to buy/install longer wheel studs.
My question is
Is it me or does it seem like there is alot of play as if the studs are too small in diameter or the wheel hole diameter is too big?
I also know i have to use " chronicle" or something like that lug nuts that taper in the wheel holes but is that it?
Do i need some kind of ring to go inbetween the stud and wheel? http://m1170.photobucket.com/albumview/albums/olaquepasatelemundo/Mobile%20Uploads/CAM00186_zps15f313f8.jpg.html http://m1170.photobucket.com/albumview/albums/olaquepasatelemundo/Mobile%20Uploads/CAM00183_zps00cf3a1c.jpg.html

You need to buy Weld/Cragar Lug Nuts for them.

You need a shank type lug nut with those wheels. Like these.

Depending on what wheels you have. You might need the long shank mag nuts.

So just for an easier install should i apply a tiny amount of water and soap.

Try a file. File the rim a little and the lug nuts will fit better.

The jegs wheels I have use a conical lug nut like the stock wheels. Is the hole open all the way through or is tapered on the inside?
