So after all the stuff ive done with my 95 GT, i went and smogged it today. its running SO CLEAN and it passed no prob on the emmissions but they failed me cus they said i had aftermarket pulleys with "NO STICKER"...AHHHHHHHH

Take it to another smog place and have them do a pre-smog on it and make sure the pre-smog is free before they do the actual smog.

you could also take off your pullies and paint them black with black plasti dip to make them look stock and then simply peel off the plasti dip..they sell it at home depot $7 each spray can. its in the paint department.
