Last nights I was cruzing home at about 25mph and notice me rpms were dropping just a little but enough to feel it. The car seem like if I was tapping the gas but it was doing it on its own. I've had the car for a couple weeks and have notice the check engine light come on for about a day and it goes away the next. It's done it a about 3 times in the two week. Any advice? It's a 97 gt automatic. Thanx [ December 08, 2012, 12:18 PM: Message edited by: SS_Super_Stang ]

Scan it and then post it up.

Test the ignition wires with a ohm meter(if it read OL on any wire then you have a break in that wire that you can't see) and look for damaged parts of the wires and boots.
