Get one from a 85 crown vic with the 5.8. Worked great on my 5.0
Get from a local parts store, and you will be able to keep your stock serpentine belt setup, no v belt setup needed

Yes it'll bolt right up with no issues. As long as you're running the proper belt routing.
Edit-you'll also need to elongate the holes on the water pump pulley.
