So when I go to start my car the the ignition gets stuck and still send power to the starter and the starter keeps cracking over. In till I hit the Solenoid then It's fine. But also when I go turn off the car, the car stills stays on for a couple of seconds. I already change the Solenoid what else can be my problem?

Could be ignition switch

I fixed a gt at the shop with that problem. You probably have a stuck solenoid. Take off the pick up wire on the solenoid and try to start it. If it cranks over its your solenoid.

PS: thank you john Duncan for showing me that tip!!

check that the metal base of the solenoid is grounding to the body (sand down the body so it gets a good ground)...and get a motorcraft solenoid from ford, not oreillys
