9/10 times it happens but when I start back up its fine. Idles good. New motor and trans set up hci set up. 255 fuel pump. Maybe iac?

clean the IAC, check the maf and check the throttle linkage, there is a set screww that you can adjust the idle from beneath the throttle body.

I had the same issue with my last 5.0 it turned out to be the battery cable ground wire to be exact. I tryed all other fixes throttle body cleaner maf iac etc.
