Hello i have a 1987 lx 4 cylinder i started my car the other day and while it was started it soundedd funny as if i was trying to crank the car over while it was running drove it down the block the noise went away went home turnd the car off an there was no power i changed the starter an put a new battery in an same thing as if there is no power to the car some one please help

it could be numerous things is the fuel pump coming on are you getting spark and how old is the timing belt
