What all is needed to do a proper 4cyl to 50 swap in a 89 coupe its already a 5 speed thanks

engine, trans, crossmember, exhaust, computer, harness, quad shocks(if you want them), rear axle, front complete hub assembly with brakes/calipers, lines, etc, fuel line, brake line, brake booster, master cylinder

v8 clutch, probaly need driveline too. Then of course fresh fluids and gaskets for everything while its out of the car. Instrument panel too

radiator, clutch fan(or electric fan if you go that route), motor mounts

if its the 4cyl t5 just get a 5.0 bell housing and i can tell you which pilot bearing to get for it to work.

This will work fine as stated, but the 4cyl trans is rated for less torque, and has shorter gears than v8 trans
