I was thinkin I wanted to paint the under side of my hood same color as the car but the wife thinks its a ba idea what u guys opinion here's pic of the car color and hood under side and top side

I wouldn't paint it, the contrast would be off a bit since the hood itself is Carbon fiber and the blue is so bright. It looks badass though, but it is your car so go with what your gut says. How is the fit from VIS? I was thinking of getting the Carbon fiber 2000 Cobra R hood for my foxbody.

It's a perfect mold of a oem hood everything that a stock hood has under neath this one has like we're the good bolts onto the hinges and were it latches pretty good material and strong no flex what so ever

i say paint the whole thing, just leave the sides of the cowl unpainted

I seen it like that wasn't too crazy about it painted on the top side actually seen it on a camaro at the good guys car show last year didn't like it

Leave it unpainted bro or whats the point havin a carbon fiber hood? Your blue coupe wd look good with the cf hood speacially with black wheels just my $.02

Yeah Jose ur car would look sick with that hood and black Saleens. Just leave that hood alone listen too da wife mandiilon jk

Y si hey were both putting money for this build and this restoration it's bin a long time since I decided to take this car apart so I want to do it right and want to do it only ones.
