did a compression test on the 5.0 and got horrible numbers
1#150psi
2#127psi
3#115psi
4#95psi
5#140psi
6#130psi
7#150psi
8#135psi

that should explain why im running a 13.7 with trickflow heads cam and intake

now its time to save up for a 351 shortblock

Yeah....re~adjust the rockers. May have a tired set of Lifters.....the worse case could be flat cam now....depends how the initial adjustments were made. Re~check all of this. Take your time.....do it more than once if need be

Like already stated I would check rockers, also what gauge did you use? I used a piece of shit harbor freight one once and it was all over the place. Then purchased a craftsman and it was all to the good.

What he said .. It will be much cheaper to buy a leak down tester in the long run than to keep throwing parts at it. You gotta have an air compressor though
