My 50 keep over heating but wen I get on the freeway the temp goes down any ideas ???? Thermastat stuck closed ???? And I have a stock fan thanks guys

Sup D ... that has happened to me and it was indeed the therm .. But it can be other things aswell .. how about the clutch on the fan? Is it working properly ? I have had the fanclutch go out and did the same symptoms your having. Anything done to the car?

Just did the upper n lower intake and throttle body runs hot at idle but wen on the freeway it's at half I kept the therm that cam wit the intake in there I need to change it and see wat happens I hope it works my fan spins tho just pissin me off the this over heating

Took it apart and there was no thermastat. Inside

Remember, the fan clutch should have some resistance when turning by hand and should NOT spin freely.
