04 v6 3.8L auto Mustang revs high on freeway like it's in neutral when driving at 65mph. Revs up to about 4 grand...

Any thoughts?

Had a similar problem on my 01 gt after adding a 75mm tb. Adjusted the screw and seemed to fix the problem.
