I have had this bi-xenon kit for 3 months and have tried everything to get it to work. Low beams works perfectly. Hi beam indicator on cluster says they are on but no changing. Can anyone help with this problem?

if you got them from ebay, call the place you got them from, might give you another set.

the plug where it plugs into the headlight pigtail (3 wire plug) is there 3 wires actually pinned on the hid kit? and are they pinned correctly? ive gotten a kit where it wasnt wired correctly and another that only had low beams...

the "high beam" on hid retrofit kits doesn't make anything brighter, it just uses a magnet to flip the bulb around, but since there's no shield installed to block the light pattern on most retrofit plug/play kits it doesn't do a damn thing but make the lights flicker for a second as they spin around.

Does ur cluster tell you their on (high beams) all the time?
What car are they on? Some kits will trigger this sensor depending on car? Also check how many wires from the kit to the cars headlight harness? If only two you have no high beams and this is why they dont light up.

You are spot on about the cluster, it says they are on whenever my lights are on. HIDs are on my 02 GT and I have three wires from the kit to the harness.

Not meaning to threadjack, but what's a good HID kit with hi/low beams? I was going to get the DDM Tuning kit, but I heard those are garbage now.

if they have a round motor on the light it is a bixenon meaning high and low is the same bulb just retracts the light in and makes the light sit higher wich u could see further

Yes they definitely had a round motor on the light. I disconnected the brown wire (high beam) and the lights still worked so that connection might possible be bad. Thanks to slow fox we will be looking at them tomorrow
