You would need the heads, timing set, timing cover, valve covers, exhaust manifolds, intake, coolant crossover. Throttle cables and wiring harness. I'm sure I forgot some stuff. Easier to get a complete engine

You'll spend more time and Money looking for parts to do what want. Buy a complete 4v cobra engine (99/01, or 03/04)
It's been done. Im doing my second swap. I have a 97GT, I went to a 98 4v Cobra motor, now I'm in progress with an 04 cobra motor.
