So my lx just decided tho give out on me last weekend. The car will crank but no start, and when it does I have to keep the gas pedal all the way down or out will die out. I've checked the spark and its good so I think its fuel related. I need some help finding out what it is

Check fuel pressure at the fuel rail KOEO and check it while cranking it over.

38-42psi for a stock regulator.

I broke down on the freeway leaving a race and mines ended up being the coil.....Msd coil went to shit and yea i know u say u think its fuel just wanted to let u know cause u have the same issue I did

Yea my car was running and just started bogging out. By thecoil you mean the distributor coil, but did your car try to start but wouldn't

Yep that coil same thing would happen would crank but not turn over ...my car actually just died while driving on the freeway

Coil cost 50 to 60 but that was a Msd streetfire one I personally don't know how to test it

when it is running with throttle open is there any smoke or running rich?

Lol true either way got coil tested.and god obviousl. I know its fuel related now, when i do start it, it will only stay on if I keep the gas pedal down but the wierd thing is It won't rev over 2000 rpm. I think its pressure related but don't have a clue where to start

Get a guage on the schrader valve and see what you have when you turn key on. Then fire it up and see what you have when its doing the wot 2k problem. if its falling off you will have a starting point to the fix. have you changed the fuel filter lately?

Can you hear the pump cycle when you turn the key to the run position ??? if yes replace the fuel filter... if no check the fuel relay,fuel safty cut out switch and power at the pump with the key at the run position

Alright guys quick update my fuel pump was not working but got it working but car still doesn't start. I checked the relief valve and fuel shot out so im stuck once more.

Any help would be appreciated

fue shooting out really you need to get a psi on that.Dont go about it half ass get a gauge put it on. you dont know if your fuel filter is good either i would replace that too its 5 bux your pump may be working but not putting out enough pressure. if it is then figure out is the pressure regulator is bad next its a step by step process. figure it outby organization not just random half ass checks
