Funny you should ask..... I was just thinking about going the aod route and watching some mustang vids with aod. Anyhow both are good choices. Depending on what tire size you are running, I would probably go with the 4:10's

I actually liked 4:30s with my AOD, ran low 12s that way, with 28" tires.

Auto, 4.10 or 4.30. The Motive gears are a bit noisy.
