1989 Mustang LX Convertible, 5.0/AOD.

1-2 shift fine then doesn't shift again (I assume 3rd?) until about 45mph. I tried adjusting the TV cable (may not have have done it properly?) but it didn't change anything.

Any ideas what may cause this? Thanks.
