I have an AFR headed 347 and was wondering what plugs i should use and how much should i gap them? thanks!

Sorry to use this 1 for myself also but I have gt40x heads and I have the right mortorcraft plugs but what should it be gapped at?
Does a smaller gap mean more power or something?
