so here's the deal, my seat no longer moves foward or back, (maybe its off track or something)so i want to take out the seat anyway to change the tracks but i can reach the back bolts. so, i was wondering where can i take the car to get the bolts unscrewed from under the car.any help appreciated.

use a smaller wrench or a buddy with smaller hands.
You could also unbolt the front bolts and bend the seat backwards carefully and get the rears from the front.

can you hear the motor trying to run when the switch is pressed either way ?
The swiches are prone to bad connections and failures.
Also if you can hear the motor running and just hear clicking the plastic gears inside the screw rods are broken (damn plastic gears)
If you dont hear anything when the switch is pressed make sure you have power (you can reach from back and unplug connector and check for power.
If not you are stuck having to get a wrench in there for the rear bolts. If you can get them to turn 1-2 times you can get a set of vise grips on the bolt bottoms and get them out about 90% of the way. and finish with wrench again.

thanks for the responses, I'm going to try and do the vice grips from the bottoms and I can hear everythingworking it goes up and down but not front to back I think its the gears also

I the seat track/ motor is toast hold the button and try and force it forward
