It wont start from the key , but will start from silonoid, want can it b??

bad ignition switch or bad wiring or disconnected wire somewere

If u dnt wanna do all the electrical testing.
Change out ignition switch $25 @ autozone or kragen ussually in stock.
Under the steering column their is another switch "forgot name" $40~55 also ussually in stock at autozone or kragen.

I would buy both then replace one before u install the other so u can return one of them if its right the first time.

Happened to me aswell so im almost positive thats what it is.

1st thing i did was change the ignition wit a spare 1 i had & no go, ive had this happen in the past wit couple other 50z & fixed them rite away but its been a while so my mind is blank.....

wat happen was i did a motor swap & bam it stop wroking...

Well the problem is wiring I would check and see if I'm getting cotinuity in the switch wire, check from the ignition side to the solenoid side
