So, today I replaced my Throttle Position Sensor. I made sure it was at a steady .98 volts. Then for some reason right after replacing the TPS I start getting CELs 12 and 26 any idea why that would happen? I didn't touch anything except the TPS.

Code 12 - RPM unable to reach upper test limit
Code 26 - VAF/MAF out of self-test range

Did you check the 5V ref on the TPS?

I would just confirm that the wiring is good by checking the ref voltage. Also when you are back probing the wires to set your TPS bring the throttle wide open and it should be right around your ref voltage.
