38-40 psi for fuel pressure @ idle 44-48 with no vacum
15-20 inches of vacum @ idle

Timing!!!!!!!!!...the distributor may have end-play! If so...the distributor will need to be replaced. Must be TDC'd. *Best to use a piston stop on cylinder #1 showing a true indicator that the piston is at top dead center(TDC).*
When you do get it started and your have spout connector out ;shooting base timing and making adjustments to 10°.......if the timing seems to jump around and cannot get a decent to accurate reading. Inspect the crankshaft balancer. The inner and outer sections may shift appearing as a "wobble". In most cases the balancer can actually look okay but has cracking in the rubber between inner and outer hubs and may have slipped inside one another shifting the timing marks off accuracy enough to affect timing, driveability. To add to the problems this is Hell on your "main" BEARINGS!!!!! you're tearing up the engine anytime its running; at any speed.

Check this first before considering other problems such as the oxygen sensors.coil.ignition module.mass air sensor.tps. Or vacuum leaks.....test and move forward. Take your time.save the money in parts replacements.
