Got my 04 GT aligned today after getting new tires. Car is lowered with HR SS springs, Tokico HP shocks/struts, ISO's removed, and MM CC plates.

The shop was unable to get the front left tire within spec, as even with the CC plates it had hit the max it could be adjusted. before they adjusted it, the camber was at -2.2, and they could get the camber to -2.1. (Right side is at -1.9, before adjustment it was at -1.4)

Is it possible the left side CC plate wasn't installed right, or is this a common issue? Would putting the ISOs back in allow the alignment to get within spec? Or do I need offset rack bushings and/or a bumpsteer kit?

Look on their website at the instructions iirc you can swap them side to side for more adjustment and you may have them on the wrong side. 2degrees is a lil too much camber for a street driven car imo

You are 100% right. Checked the install instructions and they are set for negative, not positive.
