Lets say car A is sitting, and has an IAT type coolant.starting w a ph level of 8, How long can car A sit ,before the coolant becomes corrosive?

Lets say, the engine grounds are fine,and the owner of car A was smart and used premixed "50/50" And not even a drop of tap water.
