93 mustang 5.0, 302, edelbrock heads, e-303. 1:6 rockers, cobra intake, 24lb injectors

Car only gets driven about 1500 miles a year.
Failed smog.. First time ever failed, and it failed badly (setup hasn't been touched since 97 when it was built)

Misfire at idle and can't hold steady speed ( misfire at low speed)

Ran several batches of gas and injector cleaner

Replaced plugs, wires, cap, rotor, tfi, o2 sensors, checked all connections (tps, tfi, maf, salt and pepper, and any other under hood connection (cleaned and then dielectric gelled)), timing is at 10 degrees as it has been since engine was built cleaned maf, sea-foamed intake, checked wiring specs for tps, tfi, maf and air filer - all sensors check out in spec, no fault codes... EOEO, KOER, no codes

Could I have a bad injector?
Any thoughts or ideas are appreciated

Have you ran a compression? Need to see if one of the cyl is bad, maybe a bernt valve, bad spring, bad valve guide, head gasket?

Haven't done compression check yet,
I'll add it to the list, all the plugs looked normal upon removal, couldn't see any difference in any of them.

Tps is ok, set at .98 koeo, scoped range of butterfly movement, no gaps, smooth volt variance.
