My 1988 gt has a bent radiator core support. Was wondering if any of you have ever done it and how hard is it to do? Was going to order one from 50resto. Any info would be appreciated.

gotta drill out all the spot welds they make spot weld specific drill bits. get a air chisel and work at it then once removed clean up all the metal where the new one is gonna go and place the new one with clamps and start spot welding it back. dont stay in one area welding to long it will warp. the new piece prolly wont have holes already in it for the spot welds so its labor intensive unless you have a punch
