Call the company the carb sticker is for they usually send them in the mail, I had bbk and edelbrock help me out on those i dont know if any other companys will but they should

Most of the time you can just print the page from the manufacturers websight that includes a picture of the product as well as the CARB #. If that doesn't satisfy you, the smog tech, or law enforcement then go here and look it up

The sight listed above is the official gov't websight, so that will cover all bases for sure.
