I'm going to get a motor built but I found a roller 302 block that's 30 over an just got broke down an put together what size motor is it

The block height was milled cylinders honed main caps honed rods honed crankshaft balanced with 28oz flywheel for 65/73 application. New speed pro zh654p30 hypereutectic dish new rings new rod bearings new crankshaft bearings new cam bearings core plugs double roller steel timing chain is this worth turbo 50 building its only 500 an I can get paper work for every thing done to it. Let me know what u guys think
