Have you cleaned the MAF? Your symptoms are typical of a dirty/failing MAF.

I cleaned it not too long ago, but the problem seems to have gotten worse since I tried cleaning the IAC.

Check the signal voltages on the MAF and IAC. If you need help LMK.

im pretty sure the IAC is like completely dead now.Car has power, just it wont idle below 2000 now.

Last night I was driving it, cuz I have too, and out of frustration I punched the car and the car took off Like it should, but the Idle is hangin and staying at 2000 after that. It used to go down to 1500.
I've tried unplugging it while its running, to see if theres a difference, and also while the a/c is going no difference.. it just wont do shit right.

How do I do that?

Get the signal voltage specs for the MAF and IAC. You're going to need a DVOM (volt meter) and you're going to need to know which wire is the signal wire. Basically you just check the voltages by pinpointing the wires and comparing the readings to where the specs say they should be.

OK so I did the same thing I cleaned my iac n of course I unplugged it but I didnt disconnect my baterry to reset it so my rpms were staying like at 1500, once I reset it went to to a nice idle try that if u hvnt already.
