I installed a new 255 pump into my 5.0 fox ... also had to install a new harness because mine was all coroded from gasoline eatijg it away ... so after I installed new pump and put tank back up when I try to start car it won't start and fuel pump doesn't turn on ... I am going to drop it again today but wat should I look for or test cus I'm pretty sure I hooked everything up correctly ... could my relay switch some how went out even tho it was working before I dropped it ?! Thanks guys !

Check your fuel pump cutoff switch in the trunk.

check if your actually getting power to the pump first, if not start working your way up front to find the source (relay, bad connections etc).

Check your inertia switch n the trunk.
Same exact thing happened to me...had power but pump wasn't priming and for some reason I changed the switch and that was it.

Where would the relay be ?! I have tried two different pumps and they are both not turning on when I turn key ...wat should I check for now ?!
