I have a 1991 Mustang w/ a 95 block in it and the Harmonic Balancer/Pulley broke off literaly all the motor oil drain out so my question is Do I just replace it n go or can there be any damage to my internals? It sounded pretty rough even my shifter felt like it was comin lose so first time that this happened to me so need some advise. Aslo which brand should I use to replace it and do 50oz sounds rite? any help is appreciated.

So... Your harmonic balancer bolt broke and all the oil drained out of the engine? You're gonna need to explain a little better what happened and maybe supply a pic, cause I'm not sure how 5 quarts of oil drain out of an engine if the balancer came off with the bolt broke.

i am guessing he is referring to the crank snout breaking off. if thats the case you will have to tear the motor apart and replace the crank.

302's are simple and cheap, find a new shortblock and go. Before you buy it pull off the oilpain and main caps and look at the wear so you know it has life left.

Dude you can do a rebuild it is not that hard. Get a new short block, like a 306, and just bolt and go. I really am no gear head by any means, but know how to turn the wrench and can read, and I did a lot. Cam, gear drive, heads, intake, 24lb injectors, and next week is a Mass air conversion. Just read and read, and then read it some more.
Little extra, doing it your self is cheaper and more rewording, as long as you don't smash your new one apart.
