Electric fan not working at all. Is there a checklist of parts to start replacing or a way to find out the exact problem?

sn95's have electric fans? didnt know this. but check the fuse relay for it. check the wires if there grounding out. maybe the motor in the fan went out?

does it turn on with the a/c on?

to narrow it down you can put a jumper wire from the fan connector to the battery + ground to see if the motor is still good, there's 3 leads but 2 are just speed settings and the other is ground, you'll figure it out.

after that you can try jumping the fan temp sensor to see if the fan turns on.
