I just changed out my stock TB for a 70mm BBK TB on my 2001 Gt and the "Service Engine" light came on..I called American Muscle and they said it shouldn't have came on and when I step on the throttle while the car is moving the car stalls for like 2 seconds before it regains power. Does anyone have the same problem and can anyone tell me what this can be?

sounds like when you switched the TPS you didn't ajust the voltage at idle. this is what you should do

also get a sewing needle and stab it in the green wire put your volt meter up and adjust it. loosen the screws and move it clockwise/counterclockwise/up or down

+1 check the code, might not have seated the throttle body on right and caused a vacuum leak.

I checked the code and it reads "TP sensor-low input". Does this mean I have to re adjust the sensor?

yea, adjust the sensor, might get lucky just moving it slightly, but it does have a certain voltage output, need a volt/ohm meter to do it correctly

the voltage is .50, i think it has to be from.95-.98...Do I really need to adjust the idle screw???
