I took the heads off my 302 and I find out that the bottom end isn't stock. The pistons have a engraving on the top it says

517P. .040
019-01-07-A

Anybody know what they are?

the .040 means theyre for cylinders that are bored .040 over stock the rest i dont know

What he said,might be a stock rebuild that someone wanted bored out 40 over for some reason

those are cast Sealed Power pistons
