the controls on my steering wheel (horn and cruise control) are no longer functioning and i do not know why or how to fix the problem.

i am thinking maybe the fuse went out? can anyone suggest which fuse i should check?

for that matter, has any every experienced this problem and how did you fix it?

Clockspring is dirty/broken. It's behind the steering wheel.
