can i please get some real world application info on this subject. Fellas that have or had coil overs ...what do u think of them.
any suspension GURU's please chime in on ur opinion of stiff or above stock springs and shocks ( ie. Eibach and Bilsteins, KYB,etc) for suspensions. this will be about 80% street race application and 20% 1/4 mile staight line track application.

with my coil overs, I found that they do ride much nicer on the street. not as bumpy

is the ride "stiffer" than spring/shocks ?

The best set up is Maximum motorsports coilovers with some bilstein HD shocks. Springs like eibach and H&R are cool but don't compare to coilovers.

They do bounce just a little bit but they respond quick

The first set of coilovers I get the springs were too soft (for drag race) 175lb springs and I felt every bump, reflector everything. So now Im going with at least around 300 for front and 200 for rear. As far as the benefits, adjustability
