I'm thinking they probably are torque to yield bolts and can be used only once, correct?

Where can I find a set of OEM bolts? All I can seem to find is Canton or ARP bolts.

They are technically TTY bolts. With that being said, I've never seen a failure at a main cap from re-using them. ARP are a nice piece of mind, but remember to check the line bore once installed.

That's the reason why I wanted to avoid using the ARP bolts, because I've been told in the past, when you use a bolt with a higher clamping force, you need to make check the journals to make sure they're still round.

I'm installing a FMS windage tray on a seasoned engine and I was planning on loosening up all of the main bolts, replacing the 4 bolts with the ones from the windage tray kit and retorquing everything. Think I'd be okay reusing the OEM bolts?

Yup, you'll be fine. Make sure you use a decent amount of oil on the threads or moly lube, as well as the undersides of the bolt heads. Go for it!
