I have an 87 speed density lokin for upgrades to put it in the mid to low 13s. I knw gears and exhuast is a start. I have 373s in mind but wat else can i get to get this car to run those numbers car is completely stock!! With 53k original miles. Thanks for the help guys

slicks, gears, short belt, weight reduction.


don't convert to mass air until you make a mod that changes the vacuum, like a larger cam, otherwise the SD makes more power than a stock MAF setup.

So far on the upgrade list is

1 5/8 bbk shorty headers
bbk catless x pipe
373 gears
slicks/ drag radials
also gana get som lowerin springs nd controll arms

any suggeations on advancing timing or any other suggestions on makin this thing faster

i hav an 89 wit a built 306 h/c/i. That mayb thinkin of swapin over if i dont get it fast enough with basic mods. Wat u guys think???

I have a 306 with edelbrock heads milled 30 thousands gt 40 upper/lower intake fordged internals with 9.8-1 compression 1.6 rr. Im guessin ill hav to convert to mass air. Is it worth they swap??

I have a complete MAF conversion available in fantastic condition.
89 computer harness (rewrapped in tape) in perfect condition with ZERO broken connectors, EEC-IV MAF computer A9? Computer. MAF meter (19lb) with bracket and intake hoses.
Everything like new !!!!

I do recommend buying from tim..parts are damn near perfect all the time..when you do all the mods mass air is a must...being a modder isn't easy

Torque boxes ,exhaust, 410s, and a shot of 75 of nitrous will most definatly boost your numbers up as well as drags..
