was wondering if i shud get it professionally tuned or shud i buy a anderson pms and do it myself will change setupp soon so dont wanna keep payin for diffrent tunes

PMS is a great piece for 87-93 ECU's. SN95's don't work quite as well in the drivability department, and I would completely avoid the PMS for OBD2 cars.

If you go PMS, I can tune and train you on how to tune your own vehicle at the same time.
You'll want to get a quality wideband O2 sensor like the NGK AFX.

Hmm....come to think of it, I really don't want my PMS, Low IMP driver, and InterACQ software anymore.
