Dont know whats going on but the t5 is whining ever since I did my clutch 2 weeks ago, what could this be?

+1 you probably lost some fluid when you pulled the tranny off. Just go under there and top it off.

Hmm yeah i put some more in it...I did it through the shifter, how am I supposed to know when its topped off though?

pull the fill plug of the side on the transmission an when the fluids is just drpping out your good
