interested in getting a TKO600 for a big cube stroker down the road. rite now im in the planning stages and was wondering, do they sell a stronger version of the TKO simular to what they do to the T5's (astro/gforce) and T56 (magnum/viper spec?

you can strengthen certain parts of it. Modern driveline is very knowledgeable. I already have my trans but am getting all my parts from him.

I would get a reworked TKO 600 or an older TKO 2 or if money isnt an issue I would get an ungraded Viper T-56.

Just get a tko 600 and mmr I guess upgrades them for like 400 I think and I guess they are good for like 900 trq rating

shit thats alot of torque! i will deffinitly look into the MMR tko upgrade.... has any of you guys actually used the MMR tko's, I just hope that the cryo treatment isn't a BS gimmic

racsirx - I kind of want to stay away from the 6 speed transmissions, just because of the weight of them and the difficulty of installing one in a 65/66 mustang body (fit)

any other recomendations

Yeah do some more research. Go on there web site it says its the same tranny they use in there 9 or 8 second car or somthing like that
