Man those 2:73s are some long gears, LOL. But it all depends what you're looking for. 4.10s will get you some nice ETs but say goodbye to gas mileage on the freeway. You didn't say anything about 3:73s, those are in between. I'd go with those.

LOL. It's all taste dude...when I got my posi rebuilt on my Cobra, a lot of guys were telling my to do the 3.73s since everything was out but...I'm not a drag racer, and I prefer the longer gears, and I have the power to get through the gears so...It's all taste. If you like your car to have a nice note on the freeway...3.55s.

3.90'S

4.10 / 2.73 = 1.5

1500 rpm @ 70 mph would be 2250 rpm with 4.10 gears.
4000 rpm @ 120 mph would be 6000 rpm with 4.10's.

3.73 / 2.73 = 1.37

etc.

Assuming it's a 5-speed and you drive it on the freeway then I would go with 3:55's

If you get 4.10 1st gear won't exsist. They will kill you on the freeway too. good luck

i put 373s i love them and i dont mind the higher rpm on the freeway. 1st gear is kinda short though but easy to get used to. make sure to get the widest stickiest tires you can youll be breakin traction way too easily. i wouldnt recommend 410s unless you get a better transmission or a t5 with the 2.95 first gear set
