so i put my car in gear and take off slowly if i dont accelerate i start to knock back and forth in my car its at low rpms and low gears only 1 and 2nd do this. at low rpms

Could be the u joints. Dont drive it till you check it out. It can cause a lot of damage if they break while your driving it.

Put the car up on jackstands and crawl under there and try rotating the driveshaft by hand while looking at the joints for play.

thanks. i thought this too. in installing 4.10's soon so ill just fix that when i do the gears. also a good place for a tune in the local area? fremont/hayward

Are you new at stick or something rookie?maybe your not pressing enough gas at a low rpm is my guess
